Earlier this year, OVFL created a focus group following concerns from teachers at secondary level of the lack of contact time with their students. It was decided to look at the provision of the 200 hours minimum and how it is done in schools. The focus group has designed a survey which will then be used to explore potential strategies to increase the number of hours. We would be very grateful if you could share this survey with any language teachers in secondary schools. We are looking to get one response per school. The deadline is May 14th.
