OVFL committee members receive prestigious Palmes Académiques

The French Ambassador to Ireland, H.E. Stéphane Crouzat, conferred the prestigious title of 'Chevalier de l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques' on Tanya Flanagan and Marie-Thérèse Batardière at a ceremony at the French Residence in Dublin on Friday, October 19th.
This award was in recognition of their contribution to language education and the promotion of French language and culture in Ireland.
Both are members of the One Voice for Languages Committee.

Article looks at research on students’ year abroad experiences and the programme Erasmus+. The authors highlight courses run at UCC to prepare students going on an Erasmus year abroad and to help them throughout their stay.
